Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared within the handling time shown on Etsy. Made-to-order pieces need extra studio time because ceramic work must be formed, dried, fired, glazed, and fired again.
Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping prices and available destinations are calculated by Etsy and shown before purchase. The Etsy listing and checkout page are the source of truth for the current order.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, carrier fees, or local taxes. Etsy and local authorities may collect these depending on the destination and order value.
Packaging
Ceramics are packed carefully for transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us through Etsy with clear photos of the box, packing material, and item.
