Website role

COWL.store presents handmade ceramic pieces by Clay of the Wild Land. Product purchase, payment, taxes, delivery options, buyer account features, and checkout are handled through Etsy. Etsy listings are the authoritative source for current price, availability, shipping options, and purchase terms.

Products

Each piece is handmade. Small differences in shape, glaze, colour, surface texture, and size are expected and are part of the character of ceramic work. Product photos should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Orders and payments

Orders are placed on Etsy and are subject to Etsy's buyer terms and checkout flow. COWL.store does not collect card details and does not operate an independent shopping cart.

Returns, cancellation, and damage

Return, cancellation, and refund details are shown on Etsy and may depend on the item type, destination, and whether the piece is custom or made to order. If an item arrives damaged, contact us through Etsy as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so the issue can be handled through the order record.

EU consumer information

For EU customers, mandatory seller, tax, delivery, return, and withdrawal information should be reviewed on the Etsy listing and shop policies before purchase. Custom or personalised goods may have different cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
